1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on the wij6 platform, through which all betting, casino and slots activity is conducted and through which the Player's BDT wallet balance is held and managed.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's BDT wallet at any given time, including deposited funds and any credited bonus funds that have satisfied applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, matched deposit bonuses or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account subject to the wagering and eligibility requirements stated at the time of the relevant offer.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the sole currency in which all funds on the wij6 platform are denominated, held and transacted.
• "Platform" means the wij6 website accessible at wij6.io, including all products, services, games, betting markets and account features available thereon.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the wij6 platform.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake or game round placed by a Player using real-money Balance, including sports bets, live casino rounds and slot game spins.
• "Prohibited Activities" means the conduct described in Section 10 of these Terms & Conditions.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the deposit limit, loss limit, session time limit and self-exclusion features available to all Players within account settings after login.

2 Acceptance of Terms

2.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to all Players who access or use the wij6 platform in any capacity. By completing the registration process, by making a deposit or by placing a wager, you are confirming your unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and any supplemental rules, policies or guidelines referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

2.2 wij6 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, wij6 will notify Players via the registered email address or via a notice displayed upon login. Continued use of the Platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.3 These Terms & Conditions are published in English and the English version shall be the definitive and binding version for all purposes. No translation of these Terms shall have legal effect.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement. The wij6 platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. wij6 operates a zero-tolerance policy in respect of underage gambling. Any Player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account suspended immediately, all wagers placed will be voided, and any balance (including deposited funds, net of any withdrawals already processed) will be returned via the original payment method where technically and commercially feasible.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility. The wij6 platform is made available to players accessing the platform from Bangladesh. It is each Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. wij6 makes no representation that the services offered on the Platform are appropriate or available in jurisdictions outside Bangladesh.

3.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered account on wij6. Duplicate accounts are a violation of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein. Where a Player believes a duplicate account has been created in error or without their knowledge, they must contact wij6 support immediately.

3.4 Verification. wij6 may at any time request documentary evidence of a Player's identity, age, address or payment method ownership as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by wij6 may result in account restrictions, suspension of withdrawal processing or account closure.

4 Account Registration

4.1 To use the wij6 platform, a Player must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information as requested in the registration form. wij6 relies on the information provided by Players and is not responsible for consequences arising from the provision of inaccurate or incomplete information.

4.2 Players are required to provide a valid mobile number linked to their preferred bKash, Nagad or Rocket account, along with a valid email address. All correspondence and account notifications from wij6 will be directed to the registered contact details. It is the Player's responsibility to keep these details up to date via account settings.

4.3 wij6 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Registration does not constitute a guarantee of continued access to the Platform.

4.4 Players must not register using false identities, fictitious names or the personal information of another individual. Such conduct constitutes a Prohibited Activity and will result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

5 Account Security

5.1 Each Player is solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account login credentials, including their username, password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. wij6 will never request your password or 2FA code via email, SMS, live chat or any other communication channel.

5.2 All activity conducted through a Player's account, including wagers placed and withdrawals requested, while the account is accessed with valid login credentials, is the responsibility of the account holder. wij6 shall not be liable for losses arising from the unauthorised use of a Player's account where the Player has failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials.

5.3 Players must notify wij6 support immediately upon becoming aware or suspecting that their account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party. wij6 will take reasonable steps to secure the account upon receiving such notification, including temporarily suspending access pending investigation.

5.4 wij6 strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their account. 2FA is available at no cost from within account settings following login and provides a significantly enhanced level of protection against unauthorised access.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods. wij6 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. All funds are held in a single BDT (৳) wallet accessible from the Player's account. No currency conversion is applied and no exchange rate fees are charged.

6.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 across all accepted payment methods. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be communicated to Players within the deposit interface. wij6 reserves the right to amend minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time.

6.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay are credited to the Player's BDT wallet within 30 seconds of confirmation of the transaction by the payment provider. Card deposit processing times may vary depending on the issuing bank. wij6 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's payment provider.

6.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. To be eligible to withdraw funds, a Player must have completed identity verification (KYC) as required by wij6. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to applicable limits and the requirements of individual payment providers.

6.5 Withdrawal Processing. Approved withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes for mobile wallet payments (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Withdrawal requests that require additional verification may take longer. wij6 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal.

6.6 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits apply and are communicated within the withdrawal interface. Daily and monthly withdrawal limits may also apply at wij6's discretion, particularly in connection with accounts subject to pending verification.

6.7 Funds Held in Trust. Player funds deposited with wij6 are held separately from operational funds. wij6 does not use Player balances for operational expenses. In the event of any insolvency or cessation of operations, Player funds will be protected to the maximum extent practicable.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 wij6 may from time to time offer Players bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers and other promotional incentives. All such offers are subject to these Terms & Conditions and any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games and expiry dates.

7.2 Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable Wagering Requirement for each offer will be stated in the offer terms. Until the Wagering Requirement is satisfied, bonus funds will be held in a separate bonus balance and may not be withdrawn.

7.3 wij6 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to a Player's account, withdrawal or modification of that bonus will not occur retrospectively unless wij6 has reasonable grounds to believe the bonus was obtained through fraud, abuse or in breach of these Terms.

7.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing offsetting bets to circumvent wagering requirements, or exploiting errors in bonus crediting — constitutes a Prohibited Activity and will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and may result in account suspension.

7.5 Bonuses are personal to the registered account holder and may not be transferred to another Player or account. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, household, IP address, device or payment method account (bKash number, Nagad number, etc.).

8 Betting Rules

8.1 All sports bets and cricket bets placed on wij6 are subject to these Terms and the specific betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and market type, which are published within the Platform's betting section. In the event of any conflict between sport-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

8.2 Bet Confirmation. A wager is only confirmed and binding once the Player has received a bet confirmation from the Platform, including a unique bet reference number. Bets that have not been confirmed due to a technical fault, network interruption or error are not valid and no payout shall be due in respect of them.

8.3 Odds. All odds are offered at wij6's discretion. Odds displayed are correct at the time of display but may change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds applicable to a wager are those confirmed at the time the bet is accepted and recorded by the Platform.

8.4 Void Bets. wij6 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was placed on an event that was cancelled or abandoned; (b) the bet was placed after the relevant event or market had concluded; (c) the bet was placed in error or at odds that were manifestly incorrect; or (d) there is evidence of match-fixing, manipulation or irregular betting patterns in relation to the event in question.

8.5 Maximum Payout. Maximum payout limits per bet and per event apply at wij6's discretion and are communicated within the Platform's betting interface. wij6 will not be liable for any amount in excess of the stated maximum payout, regardless of the odds offered or accepted.

8.6 In-Play Betting. Live in-play betting markets for cricket and other sports are subject to additional rules governing bet acceptance during live events. wij6 may suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice. Bets submitted during a suspension period will be rejected.

9 Casino & Slots Rules

9.1 All casino games and slot games available on the wij6 Casino and Slots sections are provided by third-party software providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt and Spribe. Game outcomes for all virtual and RNG-based games are determined by certified random number generator technology and are not subject to any manipulation by wij6 or the Player.

9.2 The rules applicable to each individual casino or slot game are the rules of that game as programmed and operated by the relevant software provider. wij6 is not responsible for errors, interruptions or malfunctions in third-party game software. Where a game round is interrupted due to a technical fault, the round will be settled in accordance with the game provider's own rules for incomplete rounds.

9.3 Live casino tables operated by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi and Pragmatic Play Live are subject to table limits which vary by table and game type. It is the Player's responsibility to check and observe the minimum and maximum stake limits displayed at each table before participating in a round.

9.4 Any malfunction in a game or technical error that results in an incorrect payout or credit being made to a Player's account must be reported to wij6 support immediately. wij6 reserves the right to recover any funds credited in error, regardless of the time elapsed since the erroneous credit was made.

10 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wij6 platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether in the same name or using different personal details, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other artificial means to place wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, glitches or miscalculated odds in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a risk-free extraction of bonus funds.
• Money laundering, terrorist financing or any other use of the Platform for financial crime purposes. wij6 fully cooperates with law enforcement agencies and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities without prior notice to the Player.
• Match-fixing, illegal insider knowledge or the use of non-public information to gain an unfair advantage when placing sports or cricket bets.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players in live casino games or any other activity designed to unfairly influence game outcomes.
• Providing false personal information at registration or during KYC verification, including impersonating another individual.
• Attempting to gain access to another Player's account without their authorisation, or sharing account credentials with a third party.
• Any conduct that is abusive, threatening, discriminatory or otherwise harmful toward wij6 staff or other Players, whether in live chat, email or any other communication channel.

11 Suspension & Termination

11.1 wij6 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at any time and at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where wij6 has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has engaged in a Prohibited Activity, has breached these Terms, or where continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, financial or reputational risk to wij6.

11.2 Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the Player's balance will be held securely during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the balance will be released and account access will be restored. If a breach is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part, depending on the nature of the breach.

11.3 A Player may close their own account at any time by contacting wij6 support via 24/7 live chat or by submitting a written request to the support email address. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining (after satisfaction of all applicable withdrawal conditions) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.

11.4 Self-exclusion requests submitted via the Responsible Gaming tools in account settings are treated as account closure requests for responsible gaming purposes and will be processed in accordance with the Responsible Gaming Policy.

12 Intellectual Property

12.1 All content on the wij6 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, software, game interfaces and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the intellectual property of wij6 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

12.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted. Players may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, publish or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of wij6.

12.3 The wij6 brand name, logo and all associated marks are trademarks of wij6. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

13 Limitation of Liability

13.1 The wij6 platform and all services thereon are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wij6 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, completeness or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any content thereon.

13.2 wij6 shall not be liable to any Player for any loss of profits, loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption or any other direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss arising from: (a) the use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) technical faults, network failures or system outages; (c) delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers; or (d) the conduct of third-party game software providers.

13.3 Gambling by its nature involves financial risk. wij6 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of wagering activity conducted by a Player in accordance with these Terms. Players accept that they may lose money wagered and wij6 accepts no liability for such losses.

13.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit wij6's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

14 Privacy

14.1 wij6 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, Players also accept the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy sets out the categories of personal data collected, the purposes for which it is processed, the legal bases for processing, data retention periods and Player rights under applicable data protection law.

14.2 wij6 will not sell, rent or otherwise commercially exploit a Player's personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes without the Player's explicit consent. Personal data may be shared with third parties where required by law, for fraud prevention, or with payment processors and KYC verification service providers as necessary to operate the Platform.

15 Responsible Gaming

15.1 wij6 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing Players with the tools and information necessary to keep their gambling enjoyable and within their personal means. The Platform is strictly available to adults aged 21 years and above.

15.2 The following Responsible Gaming Tools are available to all Players at any time from within account settings after login:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits to restrict the amount of funds they can deposit over a given period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly loss limits to restrict the maximum amount they can lose over a given period.

16 Amendments

16.1 wij6 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amended Terms will be published on the Platform with an updated Effective Date. Where changes are material, wij6 will notify Players via their registered email address or via a notice displayed upon login.

16.2 Continued use of the wij6 platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Player does not accept the revised Terms, they must cease using the Platform and may close their account in accordance with Section 11.3.

17 Governing Law

17.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by negotiation or through the wij6 complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

17.2 wij6's internal complaints procedure is the first point of resolution for all Player disputes. Players wishing to raise a complaint must contact wij6 support in writing via the support email address, setting out the nature of the complaint in full. wij6 will acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) and will endeavour to provide a full response within 5 working days.
